Dear Thirteen Moons Sisters: On April 4th, we will be in circle together continuing our journey to reweave all parts of ourselves with the silver threads of the divine feminine and golden energy of universal love and light. March was a powerful month with powerful moon cycles and the Spring Equinox. These energies are certain to enhance and support the work each of you has been doing toward spiritual development and personal empowerment. We will engage in the next step of our process ~ a reunion with the girl warrior of autonomy and self hood. This aspect of ourselves is connected to our third chakra and essential to sustaining our life force, giving us the drive and courage to direct individual action and purpose. As women, this is a very important place to heal and restore. We will be engaging in a different kind of journeying process. During the next two weeks ahead, please pay attention when outside and look for a stick to bring with you to the next session. It can be any size but needs to be natural. If you already have one from a vacation or in a firewood pile, that is fine as well. As I have explained before, the Thirteen Moons series utilizes many different forms of cross cultural, universal ancient and contemporary concepts to awaken and shift women's consciousness. We always hold the intention to weave these into our lives for self healing, acceptance, empowerment, greater joy, clearer visions and deeper purposeful actions. At times it may feel like the approach or focus may not make sense or resonate with the mind or your personality style. I urge you to "hang in there" and stay with the process. We are moving into the deepest issues and connected to what many women want to heal within the self. Unfortunately the most relevant part of transformational work (intimacy, opening the voice of the soul, sexuality) intersects with our precious spring and summer Saturdays. I urge you to remember that coming to Thirteen Moons is a gift to your soul. The community of like hearted women is stronger when everyone is present. However, if you do need to miss a session or two, we will hold your place with love until you can reunion with our sacred community. As a reminder, please bring with you to our next session: We realize that with traffic, parking and multi tasking, getting to the gathering on time can be very challenging. Please arrive no later then 12:45 p.m. so we can begin promptly at 1:00. Please allow more time as traffic can get more congested in this season. Remember that you can park for $8.00 at the lot just west of LaSalle St. on Chicago Ave. Please bring your ticket into the studio to purchase your "paid" sticker. For more information regarding location and transportation options, visit www.yoganowchicago.com. If you have not registered for this session, please contact Nancy by phone (773)509-4947 or email at this email address ASAP so you can avoid the increased on-site registration fee. You can pay by Paypal on the web site www.everydaymedicinewoman.com/13. Finally, if you have pre registered but have to cancel, please notify us prior to the session so we know not to wait for you and can insure that your payment is rolled over to the next scheduled session. Again, I wish to acknowledge each of you for your continued dedication to personal and collective growth that motivates you to join us for our monthly gatherings. The healing and transformation has already begun!
Sending love and sunny spring light,
Susan
