| Dear Thirteen Moons sisters: I am writing this letter after the first of two new moons in Cancer, emphasizing the importance of rededication to authentic Maternal energies that enhance our lives and at the start of the thirteenth moon cycle of the dreamspell Mayan calendar. As we approach the heart of the series and the summer, I am filled with gratitude - remembering all of your beautiful faces and feeling your powerful spirits. I hope this has been a month filled with renewed energy and desire for life as we continue to harvest our authentic power and light. Since our last gathering, many of you have shared with me a stronger connection with your intuition or heightened awareness of feelings, emotions and reactions to your interactive world. Consciously awakening our vital life force and understanding its cosmic/natural source can really shake our systems up! When we meet again on Saturday. July 11th, we will devote our attention to the center of the sacred vessel -our heart - the meeting point for all aspects of the self: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Many ancient spiritualists believe that the physical heart is the house for the soul and the remedy for most illnesses is to bring the wandering soul back "home." From this perspective we can appreciate the range of complications and distortions that can result from a heart that is congested, shielded or broken. As we mentioned at our last session, some of you may be ready to renew your half moon series registration for the remainder of the year. Our beautiful Thirteen Moons coordinator, Nancy will be writing soon with monthly registration details. Separately, I would like to invite each of you to bask in the loving presence of AMMACHI, a true living saint who represents and offers the gift of divine mother love as she returns to Chicago on July 3rd thru 5th. I will be going to receive Darshan on Friday morning. Nothing would make me happier then to be with my sisters as we all open our hearts to offer prayers together in such sacred support. Finally, we are inviting you once again to our spectacular journey to the mountains of Colorado for our Everyday Medicine Woman's annual gathering. Robin, our gracious and open-hearted coordinator, will be at the next Thirteen Moons session ready to sign you up on site. We have extended the registration date to July 15th, a $25.00 late fee will be added after the 16th which will be placed in the scholarship fund. Robin is also happy to discuss different payment options to help budget for the trip.
