Join us the 2nd Wednesday of every month for a free guided meditation. No previous meditation experience is required. And, as always, men are always welcome to attend meditation classes.

The Raby Institute hosts weekly lunchtime meditations in their new office space. Utilize the powerful energy of the Fall Equinox and the changing seasons to re-dedicate yourself to a personal path of connection, expansion, growth and unconditional love. Led by Susan Lipshutz, LCSW, these sessions will give a guided meditative experience as well as practical tools to work on your own. Perfect for those beginning or enhancing their journey into the universe within, experience our meditation classes as a stand alone experience or as a series to strengthen your practice.
